Our Wine Director, Christoffer Schwarz-Nielsen, has crafted a list that focuses on classic European wine regions, with a strong emphasis on sustainably produced wines. Among the highlights are German wines, known for their exceptional acidity and elegance—perfect for complementing our dining experience.
